Also huskar is broken because he literally cannot be shut down after he gets even a minor exp advantage.

Really?
That was my first game with no research, as soon as I heard there was a new hero I rush picked him, grabbed some suggested items, and read my skills on the way down the lanes.
I still haven't checked what his intended role is, but my guess is 3 star escape, 2 star durable, 2 star ganker, 2 star carry?
He probably doesn't scale much but if you dominate early game and keep them locked out it should go ok.

His damage is completely pure so he is great late game, assuming the other team doesn't out farm him. Pretty much blood stone, assault cuirass, and shivas and you destroy people. He fucks over Meepo and Brood pretty bad too since they're either a group or invis in a certain area.
