I just found sth. about "AobscanModule" in svn1530. Does it work? Looks like it's very cool, this will make a very quick search for some kind of xlive patch things.

Does it mean we can you use AboscanModule(aobxlive,xlive.dll,74 14 FF 75 14 8B CE FF 75 10 53 E8 ** ** ** ** 8B F8 85 FF)? But cannot use it yet?

It has only been tested very little, but it should work.
You are free to compile ce and use it, but you can't make a public table/.cetrainer for it yet, as the majority of users don't have this version (You can make gigantic trainer versions though, which will work)
