How do I cheat?

I've been doing the tutorial that comes with game maker and decided to do step 5 since a game which I'm playing changes the address every time I start it again, but it NEVER says when I right click the address 'Find out what writes to this address'.

It just has:
Add selected addresses to addresslist
Change value of selected address
Browse this memory region Ctrl+B
Disassemble this memory region Ctrl+D
Remove selected address Ctrl+Del

I am using cheat engine 6.2

First add the address to the addresslist and in the addresslist rightclick
