If I needed something better than an i5 I'd go for a 8350, which is basically a i7 3770

Also the 3770k Has been oc'd 37% more while the 8350 has been oc'd 20%?
That 8350 can oc far more.

No it doesn't. Every real Intel fanboy knows an i5 is an i7 without hyper threading. Hyper threading causes stutter in games. Thus i5 is for gaming.
