For those of you who know what it is (if you don't you can find out in a few minutes by searching google) do you believe it's true or possibly true.
I honestly think its bullshit but that's my opinion and I am entitled to it, just as you are to yours. To each his own.

Anyways my Dad thinks they exist and are responsible for hurricane sandy, and that they are responsible for other things, and will be for future things.

The idea of a clandestine organization that has its hands on stolen technology from tesla and extended sciences to the point at which they can control the weather and might in the future if not already time travel is a tad extreme, and I think my dad is going crazy. He also believes that the trails left behind by aircraft (contrails) have no valid reason for existing and that it's poison or something else that aircraft are intentionally dumping into the air. I tried to explain to him the Crow Instability Theory but he says that it doesn't add up and is not true.

Ideas, opinions, theories?

Chemtrails right?
They are real, the regular trails from a plane aren't very long and dissipate entirely after about 5 minutes.
Around here we get massive trails that stay in the sky for half an hour.
It could be anything from allergens to get people to buy allergy meds, to monsanto dna so they can come in and claim ownership of all the organic farms.
