the anime started with a guy running away from a robot form killing him and he's on a motor bike or a bycicle (forgot).
The anime is pretty much based on guns, and the main character pretty much became a god whenever he got turned on by a girl?
Pretty much before girl:
Guy sucks. should be a failure
After girl:
Kicks ass
They go to school and have ranks and some shit.
If I remember correctly, there's lots of machines and stuff attempting to kill them.
I forgot what the anime is called, and feel like rewatching it.

I fucking remember that anime show. I barley watch any anime anymore but I remember seeing that show when I was younger. You just brought back a childhood memory. Props on that.
