Can't update it any higher because its an older version. I tried one jailbreak which kinda sucked just came with a bunch of skins and other shit; I'm looking for the one that gets me any app for free from the apple store. Not sure if this is the right section or not but imo this topic could fall under a lot of the categories in this forum

uh... you go to cydia and then you add a repo (cydia.hackulo.us) then you download install0us add-on then you run install0us app and search games and apps you want =D[/url]

I just updated my son's touch to 5.0.1. Its limited to if you have the SHSH files saved or if it has to pull from the Cydia servers when you try to update it if it's jailbroke. Apple doesn't maintain all SHSH blobs for all their iOSs which kinda sucks but there are methods out there.
