I'm just wondering what software would work best to oversee the connections that my running processes are making.

I know with Windows 7, you could simply use the command prompt & and type netstat -nbt to determine which process is connecting to what IP. With Windows XP however, I'm not too sure how the same could be done. So I'm just looking for software that can conveniently do this for me.

Any help is appreciated!

(just making sure no one in this household has downloaded anything malicious)

Wireshark, but I'll warn you that it shows a lot of stuff and can be hard to read.

Yeah, that's what I found to be a bit difficult with WireShark, learning how to navigate through the application to find exactly what I want, but I guess it'll suffice.

Thanks!
