When I boot from W7 CD on my laptop, the screen (no matter how I adjust it, it would be okay) but when I'm actually using my laptop if I adjust the screen it gets fuzzy and has some white on it. I think its wiring issues? it's an Acer btw

The resolution is most likely not set to the native resolution of your screen
Laptop screens have this horrible tendency to just stretch pixels when running at a lower resolution instead of just showing a smaller screen. This causes the screen to look blurry
