I'm not sure if it's just me, but I almost always have the auto-attach setting on in General Settings. When I first turned it on, it functioned fine. But after a while, CE began to lag more. When I tried to go to an address it would stop responding and take a long time to open up the "Go to address" window. I never thought about the auto-attach at the time. Another thing that slowed down was that attaching to processes took extremely long and made it stop responding (even with auto-attach). This morning, I opened CE and it had EXTREME lag. Opening memory viewer took a very long time even when it wasn't attached to something. At first I assumed it was just my computer being slow (which is still a possibility) but I re-installed and I realized that it only lagged if I had something in the auto-attach box. Is anyone else getting this? When CE lagged, the CE window was the only thing that lagged. Everything else functioned fine with no lag.

I know ce 5.x does that, and perhaps 6.0, but it should be fixed in 6.1 or 6.2

make sure "even autoattach when another process has already been selected" is disabled
And disabling the checkbox that says "get process icons for processlist"

Besides that not sure.
do you have anything that hooks in the gdi ?

Is this 32-bit or 64-bit ?
