How do I cheat?

i have tried a million times to change my value and it wont work. i have downloaded 6.2 twice and still value has no change when i push ok!

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!???

1: Make sure it's not an online game, if it is, give up
2: If it's not an online game, then perhaps the value is stored as a different value type (not 4 bytes) or it's stored in a different way. (e.g health might be stored as total damage taken)
