When you see yourself in a picture or the mirror and it just doesn't feel like you. What you should look like, what your expressions look like. It just doesn't fit with your mental image of yourself.

Happens to me every so often, I catch myself thinking, "that's really what I look like?" And it's an almost surreal experience for a moment.
