Im starting to understand the basics of Pointers, but i ran into a problem, it seems that the "Value Address" keeps changing.

Am I doing something wrong or is this how its supposed to be?

It's been a day. Wait a little.

Do a pointer scan with at least 4-5 deep and get the results. Then close the app/restart windows/whatever, and open the old pointer scan results and re-search them to check which work until you have one that does, and you'll have your pointer then.

it might be a multilevel pointer. pretty much a pointer to a pointer. try as suggested above

Also when you will be rescanning old scan results dont bother with finding address, just rescan using value. Its much faster and saves a lot of alt+tabing

hi!

when searching for pointers I just use
olly's set memory/hardware breakpoint on write/read
or cheat engine's find out what accesses/writes
continually until finding the base pointer

it's a browser game/application or a compiled one?
if it's compiled in c++ you could try decompiling with ida & hexrays to find the pointer base easier when reading c++ code
