Some guys make hacks like adding items to specific item (weapon AK-47!?) to inventory. So how can I find that address n' how to add or make it work?

Give me tutorial links etc

I get more than 40 pointers in Skyrim V while hacking magika. So I can't find the REAL working pointer, what I do?

And how yo find a permenant address to something which will never change? Like godmode.

I will be real happy if you guys help thx

I don't know what you mean by adding items and the real pointer in Skyrim.

Usually I use changed value search to find the address then change the values to find each item ID.
