There is a reason why CEF absolutely SUCKS COCK and HF is WAAAY better. The people at HF are mainly kids who are easily exploitable and you can troll them better. At CEF however:

1) the people know their shit. You can't win an argument with someone on here. Why? Because they only start fights they know they can win. It will start from one topic, and they will re-read every single fucking thing on the list, just dying to find a wrong point and BAM! they will start criticizing you from there. On HF or runegear, you can easily make the kids block you by inviting them to a friendly staring contest. (alternatively, ask them to port forward).

2) You can't troll the people. The member of the year is a mastermind troll, and he does not approve of competition. If you post a troll post, your post will simply get deleted (Dark Byte won't fall for "how to download graphics"). If posted in an off-topic section like random spam, you won't get any responses.

NOTE THAT whenever someone gets in an argument in random spam (1 v 1), there are only two rules that determine the victor:

If Hitler is fighting cool_man123, the entire forum defends Hitler , even if Hitler is the retard.

If cool_man123 is fighting Hitler, BAM! -1 rep for picking on forum members.

In terms of general level of intelligence, you just have to think of CEF as a level below Reddit.

HF -> CEF -> Reddit

This is also a much smaller community, so everyone knows everyone. Don't worry about the users here bugging you, we do that to all new members. Eventually, it's gets old and you're basically part of the family. Just be mature and don't get mad at the trolls (you can, just don't show it). If you can't provide a decent response that isn't just a counter-insult, just ignore the thread and move on.

It gets better.

I'm also going to be honest with my time at HF, I was a regular for a few months during my time of illicit computer play. It was fun and all, but the average user was so stupid... 1/10 spelling, 0.5/10 grammar, I could feel my English getting hurt. Don't go there unless you're an avid programmer trying to learn and make money at the same time.
