Hey, I have no idea if these parts will work together so it would be nice if a few people would confirm that they will work if I put them all together. Also, is there a big difference between asus/gygabite/EVGA video cards?

I didn't see anything particularly wrong in that build, except that the mobo already has an onboart lan, so I don't think you need an extra ethernet adapter. I could say the same thing for the sound card, but you might have fine ears.

If you insist on putting those 2 extra pci cards, pay attention to how you're going to fit them on your mobo: for cooling reasons I recommend putting at least one empty slot between the gpus, so personally I'd put a gpu on the bottom red slot, another on the middle black slot, and the lan+audio on the 2 upper red slots... Not sure that's actually what you want.

Might as well throw in an ssd to run your OS on.

Can I ask what your intended purpose is?
If you're buying this for games you're wasting a lot of money on that processor.
I think most games still only take advantage of four cores, so the remaining two will have little to no contribution to your experience.
I have an eight core cpu and while games technically use all eight it's just cycling between them at random.
By the time industry engines start optimizing for mass-core processing your i7 will lack a lot of the luster it has now.
If you're going to be rendering multimedia though or just want insane multitasking power then more cores will benefit.
We could open up a debate over the cost/value of your brand selections but that really wasn't the issue you brought up.
