I need help trying to hack the experience bar in a certain game. Finding and changing the value does not work so i was wondering if it is possible to inject a code that adds say 6000 XP to each monster kill to level up faster . The template follows

alloc(newmem,2048) //2kb should be enough
label(returnhere)
label(originalcode)
label(exit)

1:Make sure it is not an online game.
If it is. give up

If it's not an online game, perhaps the experience is stored as total experience instead of current experience till next level, and you only gain experience when you go over that. (so don't just set it above, set it right in front of the next level and kill something)
