Cheat Engine

I had a problem with the language i mean it does not translate it.
it Reflects the words look at the pic
this is normal in 6.1

and the new ver 6.2 it look like want to translate but it Reflects it

and when i change my region and language (Format) [control panel]
from saudi arabia to US it fix it but i dont want to keep it becouse the time and date it will change

all i want how do i block cheat engine form been check the format
i mean i want them run it as i In US without make any change
