if would be great if the next version of ce would have a feature that will allow us to scan between specific addresses (the ones on the table).
most of the time i have like 100 addresses in the table, and i have to freeze 10 at a time to find the one that i'm interested in.
it would be cool if ce could rescan between those 100 or more addresses in the table

Sort table by addresses (click on the address column) and enter the scan range to be the min and the max addresses.

I don't see 100s of addresses can help your (or anyone else's) cause however. You're better off finding a pointer or a piece of code that spits out the right address.

it's not that > when i have like 100 addresses in the search list, i see them all.
well, when searching > float : 1
cheat engine would also display 1.bla bla.
rescan with 1 would keep the 1.bla bla addresses.
the thing is that in these cases i just do a quick scroll and pick with ctrl the addresses that i need, and after that they are in the table and i need to rescan them. searching with range ... would not help because it would actually add a lot of unneeded addresses
so ... thank you anyway.

Oh, so you're not talking about the table; you're talking about the list of search results.

CE searches for truncated values by default.
So, when you search for 1, it will find all float values that that look like 1.*
So, search for 1.000 instead, then you will find values that that look like 1.000*
Should get rid of quite a few results. The more precise your search, the less results.
