I thought powdered narcotics were labelled as "bath salts" to simplify trafficking, since it would get through customs easier. Like, if you see a bag of white powder labelled as salt/flour/sugar, isn't it suspicious how people would import it in the first place if it's already available in every part of the world? But if the package was labelled as "bath salts", it wouldn't raise as much alarm.
I don't know though, just a guess. I didn't even know there was a joke behind it.

that's not as bad as my friends, i explained the stupid phenomena and how they're really just less popular drugs that didnt cause any of this shit and of course it's more fun to think they're zombie creating crazy powders so that's what they do anyways..
