I just did it to speed up fat loss and then to tone up a bit. I was never going for muscle mass.

Since I started, I lost like 20 pounds total. I did actually gain mass in my arms and my upper abs are starting to cut. Dropped a lot of tit fat too, none of which you can see in this picture lol.
