Well today I was at the store standing in line and I kept scratching there. This old lady kept on looking at me funny.

Well I figured out how to make it acceptable to scratch your dick in public; just wear some long baggy pants, a white t shirt that is 7 sizes to big, wear a chain, and wear a hoodie. Instead of having my arms at my side, I can have it holding my dick and nobody would say anything or look at me funny.
