How do I cheat?

I'm having doubts about whether Cheat Engine contains viruses or it trying to edit my registry, as when I try to install it I get this error:

Any idea what's going on?

yes, cheat engine contains virii. this entire forum and every post in it is just an elaborate ruse to make unsuspecting ppl believe that its legit.
