I can successfully find and change my X and Y coordinates but I am not sure on how to do the Z coordinate. My problem is that I can't jump in the game and go back to CE to search for an "increased value" for my Z coordinate before my character has already landed. Is there a way to pause the game while my character is in midair (opening the menu doesnt work). Is there a way to find my Z coordinate?

This is in Assault Cube.

Edit --> Settings --> Hotkeys --> Pause The selected Process. Set a hotkey and use it in game to pause it.

Note that alt tab will not work then, so also assign some hotkeys to the scanning functions, like increased value/decreased value

alternatively, instead of pause, try a speedhack speed of 0.0

sorry, what do you mean Alt tab will not work? will CE not find game values after Alt tabbing to CE if the game is paused through a hotkey?
