Ok I musta overlooked it or something but I can not find a good link anywhere to download CE. I have even Google searched and none of the links seem to work right, I do a download of it and the stupid thing doesnt want to start up to install, Can I get a good working download link please?

checked http://cheatengine.org ?

Disable your anti virus is it won't start.
Also make sure you do not have any online game running
