How do I cheat?

Everytime I try injecting a dll into an application, it says "Failed Injecting DLL."

I have a Windows 7 x32 OS.

I have tried everything. I have put Cheat Engine in my firewall for incoming/outgoing connections. I have run it as an administrator, and I have spent hours looking for a solution.

Can anyone help? This thing is being a pain in the ass. Evil or Very Mad

Perhaps a anti virus is blocking the dll injection

Also, make sure you do not have any online game running
