The internal fan broke and overheats and shuts off after like 30 minutes to an hour of play. How do I fix this?

Actually I just set my box fan that I usually have in between my doorway and set it right behind it and it has been running for 4 hours now and it is only a little warm.
lol

you're going to fry your wii like that.
the big box fan isnt going to cool such a small place like the miniature fan does inside the wii. keeping it cool enough to not shut down, but hot enough to slowly cause damage i'd bet.

Well I hardly use it. I just needed it because my gf's family had a gay wiinis sports tournament, and I offered to use mine so I drove to my house and got the game and I checked to make sure all nunchucks and stuff worked and it just turned off when I was testing it. I waited like ten minutes for it to cool off and plugged it back in and realized the fan wasn't spinning. Then I grabbed the wii and stuff, and along with my box fan as a last second resort. It surprisingly worked out okay but I'm not made of money so I have to wait until I am in a better financial position, which seems like never, to buy the part, but like I said, I rarely use it so I don't think I will fry it.
