I feel so special that D 3 ran perfectly for me ever since I bought it. Never had any errors or ANYTHING
The only thing I could complain about was downloading at 500kb/s for a few minutes.

What I love is that D 3 is all server-sided, so there will be no hackers (Equipment hackers, and shit), unlike Torchlight 2 which will be easy as hell to mod your save file for unlimited gold and stuff.

Besides bots, the only thing you can do is probably find exploits to the server (Which is very possible)

They already said that you're basically hosting your own save file (Because they dont have the resources to keep it online + They have mod support)
