Honestly, you'd have to have been there. My deaths might be excessive regardless, but every teamfight ended with me dead because our team was too busy hopping all over our Vayne's dick. I was fed as fuck, not vayne. Vayne was like 1/8 BEFORE we started getting into teamfights, which is why her score didn't turn out quite as shitty, but we still lost all of the teamfights because most of the enemies jumped on me and fucked me in the ass before I could do anything. We actually won a teamfight solely because of the fact that Akaecius pulverized me at the start of a teamfight where the entire enemy team was concentrated and I was actually able to get my ult off.

might sound like I'm just making excuses, but I'm quite positive we would have gotten further if I was able to cast spells for over 3 seconds a team fight.
