if you are not willing to do/get/have the above then try the anti acne medicine way, but you will have to deal with side effects and for most types of meds like my friends you cant go outside for a long time while your on the meds because of skin sensitivity.

I have acne, mom had acne, her sisters have had acne, etc...
It's not always hygiene. Some people just have bad skin/glands.

But in this case, it's hygiene.
