You should be able to click on the object you want to tamper with for instance, you have multiple flash games open, you only want to tamper with one, you should be able to click on that flash game so that all the addresses within that flash game are the only ones you tamper.

That's up to you to implement. I do not go deeper than the process level, if you wish to go into emulator level, you'll need to do that yourself
