Doctor patient confidentiality unless you are threatening to harm someone in the near future or you were sent there for a diagnosis post-trial.

If I tell him that I sometimes fantasize about being a serial killer in order to prove something to myself he'll most likely classify that as a threat of some sort. I also seem to change mindsets when I step into his officer which results in me being very quite and only answering the questions he ask which are usually related to other problems that I have with my anxiety.

Also told him I considered robbing random people just for a sense of some feeling.

The thing is that I usually don't recall the majority of those thoughts until after I leave his office.

I've considered placing a card board box containing a note with the word "BOOM!" written on it and then doing stuff elsewhere as soon as the card is read.

Note: If any authorities are reading this then be aware that this is nothing more than a mere joke and it is highly unlikely that this will ever occur.

no one can read minds, but a psychiatrists job is to evaluate people, theres nothing to debate
