It will be from what Ive heard. Chances are though that after about a year it will fail miserably and end up f2p just like every other MMORPG that tries to live up to WoW.

They all look terrible, there are no good MMORPG's.
Literally every MMORPG so far has just been a singleplayer game converted into a 25-player game in which you can chat with a few hundred other players at a time but not truly play with.
A good MMORPG will be totally free-roam open world unbiased and entirely payer-run.
EVE touched on the player-run economy bit I think, but it fails at everything else.
