Call me a communist but everything should be free anyway.
Work hard to produce goods/services for others and you get the same in return.

Communism has the potential to be the best type of government. It is just the fact that one gets greedy and/or abuses his/her power.

This.
I want to be super rich and buy an island where I can start a test communist society and see how long it lasts.

But you see, with globalization and the Internet, it makes it nearly impossible to start up any sort of government that is communistic or a dictatorship. Even if you manage to create a sort of basis of government, they will rebel and attempt to over throw you.

Even if you manage to create a sort of basis of government, they will rebel and attempt to over throw you. | Sorry to bust your bubbles, but communism is a terrible way of running a government no matter how you slice it. Everyone is not the same, and everyone will not do the same amount of work in a day. There is no way to get around that. You can't pay two people who do different amounts of work the same salary. Period.
Basically this whole thing, "well in theory it's actually good but it doesn't work it real life" is nonsense.
In theory, communism won't work. We don't even need to test it out to see an immediate, glaring problem with the fundamental way it works.
In practice, communism won't work, but usually for different reasons that cause problems even before the one I mentioned above. Mainly the fact that the most famous communist governments in history were just disguises for dictatorships and/or were run by corrupted misers who stole all the money from the rest of the country to spend on themselves.
Yes, in theory you could make a communist country that wasn't like that (cryoma's island), but it still doesn't change the fact that communism is flawed on it's most basic level.
I hope that you now understand the common misconception that communism has any potential to be a successful government, even in a perfect society.

Who said anything about wages?
I'm talking having like 100 farmers who have to grow rations for 1000 people all year long and in exchange they get houses/barns built and maintained by the 100 carpenters, who have to make sure all 1000 people have safe houses cause in exchange they get fed, etc. but throw in 100 more roles like weavers and tailors.

Don't get me wrong- I'm not saying it's a bad idea. I like your way of thinking. But it's not communism. Communism is the whole nobody owns anything, nobody gets paid anything, and everyone receives the same amount of supplies and whatnot. It's not a system that's conducive to actual modern life.

It allows goods and services to be traded more easily.
