It's all about support; Windows is able to use a great deal of applications, because it's such a big part of the market. That's why it's better for personal use.

I have a Macbook Pro for various reasons. There are some apps that I need that are only on OS X. I was using Ubuntu 11.10 + Gnome 3 before, and I just couldn't get everything done.
I'm not saying that OS X is perfect, but it's better than Ubuntu for some of the things that I need to be able to do.
Also, for those saying that OS X is just like Linux, it's based off of the Darwin build of FreeBSD.
Also, iOS development :)
Edit: I don't know what I'd do without the multitouch gestures in Lion.
Edit #2: Give me an environment like this on any other OS:
