Is it possible to change the zoom distance between mouse wheel rolls. Right now it only has 2 settings I'd say it's a 2x and a 4x zoom. I've tried unzooming scan, and zooming again, just to see if it had a set value it was set to zoom in and if it was possible to change it on the fly. No luck without the game spazzing and crashing.
