first you need to change the formula into the standard y=mx+c
where y= slope, c= intercept
We have tx+12y=3
12y=3-tx
y=-tx/12+3/12
so the slope = -t/12 =-10
Therefore t= 120

Oh, is that right?
I thought it was saying the slope was 12 so find the value of t in another line where the slope is -10, but you're saying -t/12 is m?
That would make sense.
