So today I found out that, according to certain churches and alien fanatics, my blood type (O-Rh-Negative, or O-) is the 'purest blood', and is considered to be the blood of the gods/ancient astronauts. This would make me a demi-god. BOW TO ME!

My step fathers is O+ but th emost commin type is B+ from what I was told by a nurse when my aunt needed a blood transfusion.

I can donate to every other blood type, but I can only receive O- blood. If I get blood from any other blood type, it's like poison, and I'll die. Only 4% of the world population has O- blood, while around 35% of the world population has O+. It has to do with the Rhesus factor. Only 15% of the world population does not possess the Rhesus factor (which is what the + and - stand for). I do not possess it, so combined with the O blood type, my blood is universal. O+ blood can be donated to all other blood types that are positive as well.

My blood type is in high demand, because it's given to people who've been in car crashes, of whom the blood type is unknown. But it has to be O-, not O+, or it can kill a person.
