It seems Unicode search doesn't work. I was trying to look for a string in a japanese program via Unicode text search and didn't find much. Check the attached picture.
More information:
- The screen shot shows CE 6.2, but 6.1 yields the same result.
- I tried with and without case-sensitive, the result is the same.
- I searched for the byte-array of the string (thanks to a Unicode text file + hex editor) and found multiple correct entries that way, so the string actually exists.
While i'm on this topic, would it be possible/feasible to implement an option to change the Memory Viewer's character encoding from ASCII to Unicode? (or ANSI, Shift-JIS, ...)

Does it also find the wrong thing if case sensitive is off?

| Yes, that's what i meant with the second bullet point. Ticking the case sensitive checkbox on and off will produce the exact same (wrong) result.
