Hi guys. I need help with making my game give me instant build and research. The problem is

1 im new to CE
2 im a little clueless about finding codes that i dont have any referance to.

I dont want a cheat that uses speed hack as the AI speeds up aswell so thats pointless using speedhack. I have managed to get the debugging menu up and running. If anyone could help me and more so explaine how i would i find the codes myself more so for future referances. Thanks guys.
