I'm wondering why my geforce9800 gtx+ only got a 3.8 on the winsat....is it that bad of a graphic card?

no, mainly it's just WinSat talking. 9800 is a bit outdated today, it has dx10 (doesnt matter much) and high power consumption (100watts). That may be the reason why winsat gave it a low score. but until now, it still packs quite a punch on gaming.
