How do I cheat?

so im trying to get into this games files for my self, and my little sister to change our amounts of $$....i go to open a new process...(according to the tutorial the little computer top left icon), i click it..get the list of processes to choose from find what i want and hit open...NOTHING...i've tried it about 15 times...i'm at wits end here...the game is my riding stables 2, i saw a video of it being done on you tube and it looked soo easy...but i'm having a hell of a time here...mind you the one time i DID get some thing going in a rush i had 2 windows pop up and one asked it i wanted to change some thing i said ok, and the other said some thing about merger...and i said ok...could that be my problem right there?...might i have screwed my self in speed clicking?

Is it a browser-based game or a normal game? Single player or some multiplayer?

normal, it came from a disc, and multi player.

how come the guy who created the CE made a vid of him self doing it then?...makes no sense to me..
youtube / my riding stables 2 cheats
is what its under...
it CAN be a multi player is what i meant...just by creating another account...standard out of the box its single player..
nvm i wasn't downloading the file that came with it...problem solved..

That guy is not the creator of CE, just someone who posted a CE cheat. But not too important.
If you have downloaded the CT file that is in the link, you either need to load it manually after you attach CE to the game, or put it in the default folder where CTs are stored, which is Documents/My Cheat Tables.
Otherwise CE will not ask automatically to load the file as it is on the video.
But you can open it manually just by double-clicking on the file or with the folder icon in CE.
Also I see that his table has a few addresses only so if the game is using dynamic memory allocation, they will not work on your computer.
If it is not working, just scan for it. The video shows that every values are simply stored as "4 bytes" values so a simple scan should find them all.
