How do I cheat?

I got a problem with Cheat engine 6.1
I didn't run it for a while but it was working good.
So now, i open the cheat engine and when i click the image to choose the process it give me a error.

Make sure you have no online game running at the same time
Try uninstalling your anti virus
Try reinstalling CE

Try running cheatengine-i386.exe manually
