Gonna be open source? Or closed source and released? You should make it include CE libs so you could hack flash straight from it. You would be on to something with that one.

It's worth it if you just want a browser with no install and no features. If you are playing a game or something, you might just want a browser to look at a walkthrough, in which case loading a extensions laden firefox or chrome is not ideal.

I don't think it handles Flash. HTML 5 might work if its using a decent web engine. I'm 99% sure it uses Internet Explorers web engine, and with the newer Explorers, HTML 5 works 'fine'.
