Well it's just my opinion but going off the most generic one:

It has too many curves, and therefor too much detail, for a logo.
It also doesn't look like a cat, the ears are huge.
I would blend most of the curves and shrink the ears.
I'm not saying the big ears look bad but it just doesn't look like a cat, which you said it was, so yeah.
The eyes each have 4 curves it looks like, but the head has ~25, you could make a more generalized shape with 7 curves, but if you want a more distinguished shape I'd go with 10-15 curves.
I'll see if I can make some examples in gimp, never used it but that's all linux has.
edut: unless you want to just make a cool t shirt and not just a logo, in which case it needs MOAR

Cheers for the serious reply, although it isn't just any normal cat, it's a Siamese cat. If you look them up they have very distinct ears. I actually am inclined to agree with you when it comes to the curves in a way but I believe it's fine on a higher scale, and on a lower scale it will look like the edges are smoothed over regardless. I'll do a smooth version when I work out what I want it to be generally.
