I want to know if there is a program out there that allows you to De-compile .exe file so say for example: you make a program and is an .exe i want to view the files that make it up. Dark Byte have you made a program like this i really need for a game that has the files bashed into the .exe.

Depends on the language used to create the .exe

Some languages you can decompile back to the actual source but it depends on the language. There is no universal tool to do this since each language differs from each other.

You can use tools like PEiD to attempt to determine the type of language that was used.

For .NET (managed) languages you can use tools like:
- ILSpy (http://wiki.sharpdevelop.net/ILSpy.ashx)
- Reflector (http://www.reflector.net/)

For other languages you can use tools like ResHack or CFF Explorer to view resource files that may be used in the application:
- ResHack (http://www.angusj.com/resourcehacker/)
- CFF Explorer (http://www.ntcore.com/exsuite.php)


Edit - After reading your other post, you may want to look into seeing if the apps you are targeting are packed, if they are you will want to unpack them manually to get a better analysis of the file. PEiD works well to help you figure out what a file is packed with:

The .exe file i would like to take a look at is DrAgOn NeSt i would like to hack that video game. That is my first step i need to do and if i can pull this off i can hack the enhancements a hacker out there has been able to do it so i think i can pull this off. He has also sold his program to gold sellers and has sold it to them for $700 a license, if you help me we can both share this hacking program for that video game together .
