Wait so you need like the insulation part or what?
What's the project?
You might try SkullCandy, they help out freelance designers all the time, which is how they get all these crazy ideas like wooden headphones.

No I need like the whole pair of headphones with a noise-cancelling system. I haven't looked at SkullCandy yet, not sure if they have noise-cancelling stuffz.

I'm wearing a pair of Bose noise canceling headphones right now. They do the job but the sound quality could be better, because I've had better sounding headphones.

My earbuds from them are practically noise-cancelling, I'd be surprised if they didn't have a higher-end total noise canceller.
