hi,
In many of file sharing sites likes rapid share, media fire, 4shared etc. downloaders have to wait for a limited time and then they can start download. The downloadable memory is also limited. How to bypass all these waiting and limited download?

Some sites you can bypass the wait time with some Javascript injection. Bypassing the download amounts typically isn't possible unless you change your IP given they record it locally on their servers. (Unless the site is horribly coded and stores it in a cookie on your machine.)
