1. how to unlock cores on processor in bios menu?... is it possible to unlock on my processor?
2. could come to some complications?
3. how can i know how much cores i have?

1: No, only on AMD cpu's you can do this. (E.g a quad-core processor package with one core that didn't pass the full check will be sold as a triple core cpu, and in some cases where the demand for triple core is bigger than quad core)
2: If you had such a cpu with one core disabled it can cause problems if the fourth core is really broken, but if you're lucky you get one of those triple core cpu's that was made due to demand instead of being broken
3: Family ,model and stepping are an indication. But you have to look thjat up for each cpu.
In your case, you have 2 cores

Go to that website, choose Battlefield 3 and it will tell you if you can run it. Allow the program to run when it pops up, it's to scan your specs.
Anyway, yours passes for minimum but not for recommended.
