compile a Wt Windows binary for me, my computers MSVC install is acting up. Preferably with Visual Studio 10, but Ill take whatever the hell I can get.

Dependencies:

Boost: For windows, I recommend using http://www.boostpro.com/download/boost_1_46_1_setup.exe, its an automated installer. For library type, multithreaded static should be fine.

Cmake: http://www.cmake.org/cmake/resources/software.html

Optional Dependency (would appreciate it, but is not necessary):

Patched LibHaru: https://github.com/kdeforche/libharu

Long story short, if you use optional dlls, stick them in C:\libraries\. Otherwise, open CMake (run as admin), select source code path, then the path where you want to publish the binaries (preferably different from source path), click configure, select desired generator (Visual Studio 10 or Visual Studio 9 2008 please) and then slick start.
